Vilna as a Metaphor for Jewish Identity
A new installation art exhibit on Vilna Jewry is presented through video-art and rare and unique objects. Vilna's heyday as well as its destruction in the Holocaust serve as a metaphor for Jewish identity. The root of the exhibit is the Torah and its importance.
